By downloading, installing, or using the FoodReveal application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

FoodReveal is a mobile application that helps users analyze food labels and make informed nutritional choices. The app provides nutritional information analysis based on user-uploaded images of food labels.

As a user of FoodReveal, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the app
• Not misuse or attempt to manipulate the service
• Not violate any laws or regulations while using our services
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

All content, features, and functionality of FoodReveal (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software) are owned by FoodReveal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

FoodReveal provides the app 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The nutritional analysis provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FoodReveal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoodReveal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms of Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to FoodReveal immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

These Terms of Service are effective as of February 1, 2025.
